Quotes and bookings
Prices shared on our website or via WhatsApp are indicative until confirmed in writing. A booking is confirmed only after you accept the final quote and pay the required advance as communicated by our team. GST invoices are issued where applicable.
Payments
Payment methods and schedules will be shared at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise, balances are due before travel as per the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may affect confirmations with suppliers.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific package, supplier policies, and how close the departure date is. Our team will share applicable charges before you confirm. Refunds, when eligible, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after supplier settlement.
Changes to itineraries
Weather, road conditions, permit rules, or supplier availability may require changes to an itinerary. We will try to offer suitable alternatives. Costs arising from factors outside our control (force majeure) may not be refundable.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Valid identity documents, permits, and visas where required
- Arriving on time for transfers and activities
- Informing us of health, mobility, or dietary needs before travel
- Following local laws and guide instructions during the trip
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MTG Travels is not liable for loss, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid to us for that booking.

Content on this website (text, images, itineraries) is for general information. We may update packages and prices without notice. Unauthorised copying or misuse of site content is not permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of West Bengal, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
